Deborah Ann (Martin) Tice, 78 of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Debbie was born October 6, 1947, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late, Clarence 'Bill' Martin and Marie M. (Wilson) Martin.

Debbie spent much of her life at home caring for her children and grandchildren. She also volunteered her time running the food pantry at the Saline Twp Complex for many years until she could no longer with her illness.

In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Tice, who passed in 2011, and her grandson, Holden Grimm.

She leaves behind her three children, Britt Tice (fiancé Susan Cronin) of Irondale, OH, Racinda 'Cindy' Grimm and Merissa 'Missy' Tice both of Toronto; eleven grandchildren that called her 'crazy grandma', Jeanelle (Chris) Kinker, Brittany (Dylan) Stephen, Hunter Tice, Hayden (Shawna) Grimm, Dakota (Breanna) Grimm, Sophia Tice, Nolan Tice, Brayden and Kisiah Wiggins, Haley and Olivia Rudder; seven great-grandchildren, Camryn Prentice, Gianna and Gracelyn Kinker, Brooks and Ellie Stephen, Colton Click and Haydriana Grimm; three brothers, Frank Martin of Stratton, OH, Chuck Martin of Empire, OH, and Bill Martin of Toronto.

Services for Debbie will be private and her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
