Obituary
Debra Anne (Shope) Freeman, 46, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016 at her home as a result of a tragic house fire.
Debra was born Feb. 10, 1970 in Aliquippa, PA, daughter of the late Guy L. Shope and Anne L. (Young) Shope who survives of Clinton, PA.
She was employed as a Deli Clerk at the Steubenville Kroger Grocery Store.
Debra was the mother of four children, Melinda Freeman and Christopher Freeman of Steubenville whom survive and Terry Ray Richardson, Jr. and Amber Renae Shope both of the home whom also tragically passed as a result of the house fire. Debra is also survived by her brother Ronald Shope of Texas.
Everyone is invited to attend a Memorial Service for Debra, Terry and Amber on Friday, Nov. 4 at 2 pm at the Steubenville Urban Mission followed by a luncheon. Rev. Ashley Steele will Celebrate the service.
