Delma I. Allen, 70 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Tuesday December 16, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West. Delma was born September 16, 1938 in Toronto, OH, daughter of the late Donald and Beryl (Chritser ) Green. Delma was retired from Bank One where she was a loan officer; she was also retired from Trinity School District in Washington, PA where she was an Asst. Librarian. Delma was also the former Co-owner of the South End Caf. Delma was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto, the Toronto Order of the Eastern Star # 215 where she was a Past Worthy Matron; Red Hat Society and the Sunrise Senior Citizens of Toronto. In addition to her parents, Delma was preceded in death by her second husband Robert Edward Stuart who passed in 1982. Delma is survived by her husband Richard 'Dick' Allen of home, whom she married on January 15, 2001; her sister Eula Kolopajlo of Steubenville, OH; her three daughters, Susan (Chelsea) Clegg, Lynn (Donald) Price and Lori Stuart all of Toronto; her step-sons Richard (Stacy) Allen of South Milwaukee, WI; Doug Sutherin of Toronto; her step-daughters Angel Allen of home and Amy Sutherin of Toronto. Delma is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Delma will be held on Thursday evening from 6-9pm and Friday from 2-4 and 6-9pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Delma's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 20 at 11:00am at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. There will be an Eastern Star Service Thursday evening at 7pm. Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.
