Delma 'Marie' (Rawson) Candoo, 78, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, July 14, 2008 in Trinity Med. Center West in Steubenville. Marie was born January 11, 1930 in Toronto, OH, daughter of the late Lester W. and Dorothy Marie (Carnahan) Rawson. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto, OH; Marie was also known to some as 'Sippy.' In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, William K. 'Bill' who passed away in 1986; her brother, William L. Rawson; two half-sisters, Judy (Rawson) Hitchcock and Lynn (Rawson) Aleksiejczyk. Marie is survived by her son, William E. of Smithfield, OH; her daughter, Kim Marie Candoo of Toronto;her brother, Charles E. (Pat) Rawson of Freeport, OH; her half-brother, Larry (Marie) Rawson of FL and her half-brother, Gerald (Joann) Rawson of Toronto. Visitation for Marie will be held on Wednesday, July 16 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the First United Methodist Church on 6th and Main St. in Toronto, OH. Marie's funeral will be held on Thursday, July 17 at 11am at the Church with the Rev. Kevin Rinkes Officiating. Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery. Marie's funeral arrangements are being handled by the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
