Delores M. Westbrook 76 of Empire, Ohio died Saturday June 19, 2004 in Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home in Steubenville. Delores was born Feb. 16, 1928 in Congo, W.Va., daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Goppert Boughner. Delores was a long time local Avon Represenative for 35 years and was a member of the Empire United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by; her son Larry Westbrook, who died Jan. 9, 2003 and her brother; Ray Boughner, who died in Nov. 2003. Delores was the loving wife of Dewey C. Westbrook Jr. of home, whom she married on Sept. 1, 1946; the Beloved mother of; Lorie Westbrook of Empire, Randy and wife Carol Westbrook of Empire, John and Wife Patricia Westbrook, Charles and wife Sue Westbrook, and Dewey C. Westbook III all of Toronto, Ohio. She also leaves, one Sister; Marlene and husband Raymond Piatt of Wellsville, Two brothers; Warren and wife Sally Boughner of Woodland, WA., and Carl Boughner of Midland, Pa. She is a loving grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 8 great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Monday evening from 7-9 pm. and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. in Toronto. On Wednesday friends and family may call at the Empire United Methodist Church from 10:00 am up Til time of the Services which are at 11:00am.
