Obituary
Dennis A. Neely, 76, of Smithfield, OH, passed away peacefully at his home, Saturday, January25, 2020, surrounded by his family.
Dennis was born Feb. 17, 1943 in Rush Run, OH. He was retired from the Laborers Local #809 in Steubenville, OH, where he was a 50-year member.
Dennis was also a 50-year member and Past Master of the Unionport Masonic Lodge 333. He was a member of the Unionport Christian Church. He loved to golf and work on various woodworking projects at home.
Dennis leaves behind his wife, Donna K. (Graham) Neely whom he married May 11, 1984; his daughter, Roxane (George) Starkey; his son, Daniel (Amy) Neely; grandson Cole (Kristen) Starkey, granddaughter Shaye Starkey and great-grandchildren Cameron and Lillie Starkey all of Wintersville, OH.
His wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. His cremation is in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home & Crematory in Smithfield, OH.
