Dolores D. Yanda, 76, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Thursday June 13, 2013 in East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, OH. Dolores was born Nov. 12, 1936 in Adena, OH, daughter of the late John and Margaret Roberts Douglas. Dolores was a homemaker and a member of the Dillonvale Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her daughter Denise Lopez, Jan. 29, 1990; two great-grandchildren, her grandmother Louise Roberts and her aunt Gertrude Roberts. - Surviving are her husband Robert F. Yanda of home whom she married on October 5, 1953; two sons, Randy (Linda) Yanda of Dillonvale, Kevin (Jeanne) Yanda of Follansbee, WV; son-in-law A.J. Lopez of Dillonvale; three grandchildren, Leslie Lopez of Martinsburg, WV, Jason (LouAnn) Yanda and Lisa (Derrick) Ronevich all of Weirton, WV; three great-grandchildren, Zoey Ronevich, Deliah and Colton Yanda. Also surviving is her brother Thomas (Nancy) Douglas of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, her sister Jayne (David) Henderson of Haslett, MI and several nieces and nephews. Private Family Services were held for Dolores at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 107 Hill St. in Smithfield, Ohio.
