Obituary
Donald L. Householder, 90, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday Aug. 2, 2017 in the Gables Care Center in Hopedale, OH.
Don was born June 5, 1927 in Toronto, son of the late Roy and Edith (Clarke) Householder.
He was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., Steubenville Plant, and he was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto.
Don served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elmira (Leasure) Householder, who passed away in 2010 and his brother, Jay Householder.
Don leaves behind his son, Roy Householder of Toronto and his daughter, Jo Ann (Leon) Nelson of Stratton, OH; his granddaughter, Shelby Householder of Stratton; his sister, Marion Householder of Toronto and his sister-in-law, Mary Householder of Weirton, WV.
A private family graveside service will be held at Toronto Union Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. Arrangements for Don are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
