Donald E. Kovarik, 78, of Bethel Park, PA, formerly of Colerain, OH, passed away Tuesday March 29, 2016 in St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Don was born May 12, 1937 in Bradley, OH, son of the late Jerry and Emily (Trella) Kovarik.

Don was retired from AEP, where he worked in the store room. He was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Colerain.

He was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jeri L. (Rensi) Kovarik who passed March 28, 2013.

Don is survived by his son, Randy (Julie) Kovarik of Cadiz, OH; two daughters, Jamie (Tony) Boff and Jodi (John) Horgan all of Bethel Park, PA; his sister, JoAnn Whitaker of Dillonvale, OH and his twelve grandchildren, Tristen, Jess, Allie, Tony, Mary, Kathryn, Joey, Tommy, Jessica, Megan, Michael and Kristen.

Visitation for Don will be held on Thursday, March 31 from 4-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 107 Hill St. in Smithfield, OH. Additional visitation will take place on Friday morning at St. Frances Cabrini Church from 10 am til time of his Mass at 11 am. Father Timothy McGuire will celebrate his Mass and burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH.
