Dorothy Mae (Leone) Dodds, 86, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2010 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.Dorothy was born on March 1, 1923 in Flushing, OH, daughter of the late Antonio and Perrie (Dale) Leone. She was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Bloomingdale, OH.In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Dodds who passed away in 1984 and her sister Betty Jane Bartnicki.Dorothy is survived by her son , David (Lori) Dodds of Smithfield; daughter Donna (Allen) Piper of Sunbury, OH; grandson Brock (Pam) Dodds of Bloomindale, OH; three great-grandchildren, Blake, Wyatt and Rachel; four sisters, Lillian (Chuck) Williams of Minerva, OH, Mary Ann (James) Bethel of Phoenix, AZ, Jeanie (Frank) Spano of Flushing, OH and Carmie Moore of Minerva, OH; 3 brothers, Daniel (Janice) Leone of Massillon, OH, Harold Junior Leone of Massillon, OH, and Bobby (Roselynn) Leone of Navarre, OH.Visitation for Dorothy will be held on Wednesday from 4-8pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. Dorothy's funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Bloomingdale with the Rev. John Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to the Mt.
