Dorothy Jean (Firm) Rawson, 80, of Toronto, OH, passed away at her home Tuesday April 5, 2022.

Dorothy was born Sept. 17, 1941, in Toronto, daughter of the late Harry Bruce and Violet Marie (Petty) Firm. She was a homemaker and loved to read her bible.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Rawson Nov. 2, 2018, her son John Rawson Nov. 29, 2020, infant brother Jim Firm, brother Ronald Firm and two sisters, Florence Flo Cronin, and Marla Costello.

Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Rawson, with whom she resided, and Kelly (Jeff) Hurley of Wintersville, OH; two grandsons, Greg Haynes of Toronto, and Justin Haynes of Youngstown, OH; two sisters, Shirley (Al) Kinyo of Steubenville, OH, and Brenda (Herb) Swartz of Toronto; brother, Samuel (Joyce) Firm of Brilliant, OH.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 12 pm to 2 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Dorothys burial will be held at the convenience of her family. www.jefosterfh.com
