Dorothy L. Tolley, 91, of Steubenville (Pottery Addition), passed away in Walnut Creek Nursing Home in Kettering, OH.

Dorothy was born Dec. 19, 1926 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Floyd F. and Alda A. (Wynn) Stewart.

She was a member of Bell Chapel United Methodist Church in Pleasant Hill.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Tolley in 2010, infant son Terry Tolley, her daughter Dorothy A. Dotty Parker, her sons Harold Buck Byrley and James Jim Byrley, her sister Juanita McMannis and her brothers, James Stewart, Floyd Stewart, Jr. and Raymond Stewart.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Dale (Charlene) Tolley of Springboro, OH and her nine grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Dorothy will be held Thursday evening, March 1 from 6 8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. There will be additional viewing on Friday morning from 10 am til the time of her Service at 11 am. Rev.
