Dorothy Jean (McHugh) Toth, 75, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022, in the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dorothy was born July 28, 1947, in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late John D. and Marian (Kollar) McHugh.

She had worked at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH, and Heritage Home Health in Toronto, OH.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew B. Toth, Jr., who passed in October of 2021, and two brothers, Roger and Don McHugh.

Dorothy leaves behind four sons, Andrew (Missy) Toth of Cadiz, OH, Brian (Michelle) Toth of Ashtabula, OH, Thomas (Lindsay Orr) Toth of Smithfield, OH, and Kerry (Elizabeth) Toth of Dillonvale; sister, Esther (Lamont) McCoy of Dillonvale; brother, Dale (Norma) McHugh of Dillonvale; six grandchildren, Kaitlin, Zachary, Aryanna, Andrew Dean, Nola, and Lucidity.
