Douglas Allen Mazure, 77, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Monday Feb. 12, 2024, in the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Doug was born Oct. 31, 1946, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Albert and Edna Louise (McMasters) Mazure.

He retired from the Weirton Steel Corporation, where he worked as a Pipefitter. Doug loved fishing, hunting, and watching auto racing.

In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by his sister, Sherrie Lynn Mazure.

Surviving is his wife, Pearl (Francis) Mazure; son, Douglas Albert Mazure of Smithfield; two daughters, Lisa Joy Jer-Don of Montana, and Crystal (Jim) Torok of Rayland, OH; stepdaughter, Renee (JP) Adams of Steubenville, OH; seven grandchildren, Nicole Sullivan, Andrew (Gina) Sullivan, Doug, Shane, and Brandon Mazure, Brooklyn Torok and Rowan Adams, and one great-grandson, Eddrie Maunu.

Dougs wishes were to be cremated, with no services observed. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield. www.jefosterfh.com
