Obituary
Edith Jean (Miley) Sinclair, 84, of Toronto, OH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday Feb. 21, 2017 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH, after a lengthy illness.
Edith was born April 4, 1932 in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter of the late, Harry and Stella (Sandman) Miley.
She was a retired cook from the Capri Sausage Shop in Steubenville and the Stratton Truck Stop.
In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her first husband, George Sinclair her second husband, Joseph R. Carlson; four brothers, Harry, Ed, Ray and Bill and her sister, Flo.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Darlene Sinclair of Dayton, OH and Katherine (Keith) Jackson of Steubenville; her three grandchildren, Amanda (Derek) White of Toronto, Calvin and Gracie Jackson of Steubenville; her great-grandson, Remington White; two sisters, Mary (Henry) Signore of Coraopolis, PA and Stella (Ben) Trujillo of Columbia Station, OH. She will also be missed by her favorite little Yorkie, Jete.
Per the family wishes, there will be no public services or visitation. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Union Cemetery in Steubenville, OH.
