EileenG.Grimm, 80ofSteubenville, Ohio passed away Tuesday evening Jan. 31, 2006 in the Lancia Villa Royal Nursing Home in Steubenville.She was born Aug. 10, 1925 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Layfette and Florence Smith Ferguson.She along with her late husband Hugh, were former managers of the Burkley Apts., in Steubenville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Hugh in 1999, they were married on April 17, 1947. Surviving are four sons; Russ ( Sandy) Grimm of China, Dean (Carol) Grimm of Wintersville, Gerald ( Helen ) Grimm and Carl ( Debbie ) Grimm all of Steubenville. Three brothers Kenneth Ferguson of Richmond, Ronald ( Donna ) Ferguson of Steubenville and Robert (Babs) Ferguson of Wintersville. 8 Grandchildrenand 2 Great-Grandchildren.There will be no visitation.
