Elaine F. Wright, 72, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022, in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Elaine was born Sept. 17, 1950, in Bloomingdale, OH, daughter of the late Frank C. Wszeborowski and Anna Marie (Frantz) Goddard.

She was a Bingo fanatic and could always be found every week at the Wintersville Fire Dept. Elaine had previously worked at the former Foresters Nursing Home in Wintersville.

In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by brothers, William and Fred Dye.

Elaine leaves behind her husband, Floyd M. Giz Wright, whom she married Feb. 2, 1968; two sons, Frank C. and Alvin Jack Wright both of Toronto; sisters, Sis (Howard) Stine of Irondale, OH, JoAnn (William) Martin of Wintersville, OH, Susan Haines of Tennessee, and Peggy Zende of Wintersville; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 14 from 11 am to 12 noon at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate, and burial will follow in the Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto. www.jefosterfh.com
