Eleanor Marie Derosky, 88, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday Jan. 9, 2021 at her home.

Eleanor was born Feb. 7, 1932 in Mingo Jct., OH, daughter of the late George and Mary (Chulock) Raha.

She previously worked at the Steubenville Herald Star in the Advertising Dept.

Eleanor was a member of St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church in Toronto. She was a 1950 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School. She loved to play cards, go bowling, and sew in her spare time.

In addition to her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by her brother, James Raha in 2006.

Surviving is her husband, Paul Derosky whom she married June 30, 1956; her children, Mary Louise (Dave) Kushner of Wintersville, OH, Paul Michael Derosky of Austintown, OH, and Joanne Marie Derosky of Toronto; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday Jan. 14, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto followed by a Panachida Service at 11 AM. Rev. Father John Kapitan, Jr. OFM will preside, and burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville, OH.
