Eleanor M.Kovarik, 83, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday May 12, 2007 in the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit in Steubenville.Eleanor was born on January 5, 1924 in Toronto, daughter of the late Katherine (Kalifut) and John Yance Ramanda.She was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church where she was a member of the Catholic Women's Club.Eleanor was also a member of the Toronto American Legion Ladies Auxillary Post #86, TorontoSunrise Senior Citizens, and the Steubenville Moose.In addition to her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew who passed away in 1994; twin sister Ellen Dobbs, and her sister Dorothy Yarosz.Surviving is her daughter Carol Larkins of home; two grandsons, Tom Larkins of Martins Ferry and Chris Larkins of Toronto; one brother, John (Martha) Ramanda of Mingo Junction; four great-grandsons, Mason, Blake, Jacob and Coltin Larkins.Friends and family may call on Tuesday May 15th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, where a vigil service will be held at 7:30pm.There will be a blessing service at the funeral home Wednesday morning at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:00am at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church with the Msgr.
