Elizabeth A. (Pasco) Harris, 68, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Liz was born April 16, 1957, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Roy and Blanche (Miller) Pasco. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Sonny Pasco.

Liz leaves behind her husband of 38 years, Clarence H. "Cat" Harris, whom she married May 13, 1987; two sons, Rick (Jessica) Takach of Brilliant, OH, and Erik Takach of Smithfield; one daughter, Teri Carothers of Smithfield; two sisters, Minnie Verhovec of Rayland, OH, and Peg Hoobler of Richmond, OH; step-son, Andre Harris of Akron, OH, and step-daughter, Maurita Harris of Arizona; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 6 step-grandchildren.

Liz's services will be private and are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Valley Hospice.
