Elizabeth E.(Williams)Smith 80 of West St. Smithfield, OhioPassed away Saturday evening Nov. 20, 2004 in Trinity Medical Center West. Elizabeth was born Dec. 21, 1923 in Flushing, Ohio daughter of the late Charles and Golda Blanchard Williams. She was a Homemaker, was a member of the St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Smithfield,the Stewardess Board of the Church,and the Star of Bethlehem Chapter #53 Order of Eastern Star in Bridgeport. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by; her Husband, Frank J. Smith Jr. in 1998, Two Sons; Infant Son Paul Edward Smith, Son Arthur Jay Smith in 2001, 4 Brothers and 1 Sister. Surviving are; Her Son Frank J. Smith III and his wife Annette of Smithfield and Daughter;Mary Elizabeth "Cis" and Her Husband William Freeman of Smithfield. Three Grandchildren, One Great-Grandson and One Great- Granddaughter. Friends and Family may call Tuesday Evening From 6-8 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield. Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church on Green St. in Smithfield. Rev. Diane Payton will officiate the service and Burial will follow in Northern Cemetery.
