Elma Jane Brown, 71, of Rayland (Rush Run), OH, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, in the Trinity Medical Center West ER in Steubenville, OH.

Jane was born April 20, 1954, in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late John Walter Letusick and Elma Marcia (Hockenberry) Letusick. She worked as a Clerk for Walmart in the Lawn & Garden and Bakery.

Jane leaves behind her husband William F. "Bill" Brown, Jr., whom she married March 25, 1980; her son Matthew William Brown of Rayland; two grandchildren, Izibella and Giavanna Brown and two brothers, Myrl Letusick of Rayland and Melvin (Mary Kay) Letusick of Yorkville, OH.

Visitation for Jane will be Friday, Nov. 21 from 11 am to 1 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, where services will follow at 1 pm. Interment will take place in the New Alexandria Cemetery. www.jefosterfh.com
