Eloise M. Selsor of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday at 7:37 am. Oct.6, 2004 from complications following surgery. She was born Oct. 5, 1926 in Morgantown, WV. daughter of the late George and Lona Kisner Frazee. She was a Homemaker and a protestant by faith. In addition to her parents, Eloise was preceded in death by: three brothers, Albert, Clifford, and Norman Frazee all of Steubenville; and a Brother-in-law, Fred KennedyAlso of Steubenville. Surviving are; her husband of 53 years; Harold Selsor of home;One daughter;Karen(Greg ) McGuire of N. Canton, Ohio; One son, Larry (Barb)Selsor of Norfolk, Va. Two Grandchildren; Laurie and Lowell McGuire both of Columbus, Ohio. Two Brothers; Gene (Mary) Frazee of Steubenville, Ohio; Two Brother-in-laws; Elwood (Betty) Selsor of Leesburg, Fla., Donald (Dolly) Kennedy of Steubenville. Family and friends may call Friday morning from 10:00 am. til 11:30 am. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto, Ohio. A Private Family Service will follow at 12 Noon in the Chapel of Ft. Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate the service.
