ELOUISE M. COTTON 89 of Steubenville, formerly of Toronto, Ohio died Tuesday May 25, 2004 in Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born March 23, 1915 in Camden-on-Gauley, W.Va. , daughter of the late Bartholomew and Mattie Taylor Siddio. She was a former Beauty Salon owner and operator in Steubenville, and was manager of the Senior Nutrition Center at the Michael Myer Terrace in Toronto, until her retirement. She was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, and was a member and Past President of the Civic Service League of Steubenville. In addition to her parents, Elouise was preceded in death by; her Husband Carl A. Cotton Sr., her Son; Carl A. Cotton Jr., her Daughter; Lois Carol Yuricic, Three Brothers and Two Sisters. Surviving are; Her Daughter-in-Law, Margaret Cotton of Wintersville, Seven GrandChildren; John Cotton of Bloomingdale, Lee McCann of O'Fallon, Mo., Kathy Smurthwaite of Steubenville, Tim Cotton of Wintersville, Mark Yuricic of Toronto, Marney Remp of Wintersville, and Lynn Frazier of Stafford, Va. 12 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. Friends and Family may call on Thursday Evening from 6 - 9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto, and on Friday morning at St. Francis Church from 9:00 am. Up til time of the Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:00 am. Msgr. Kurt Kemo will officiate and burial will be at the Convenience of the family in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville.
