Elsie E. (Earnshaw) Stanley, 92, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at her home.Elsie was born on July 17, 1920 in Fairmont, WV, daughter of the late William and Bess (Parish) Earnshaw.Elsie was retired from Greyhound Bus Company in Chicago, IL, where she worked as a Clerk.In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Stanley.Per Elsie's wishes, there will be no viewing or services and her arrangements are being handled by J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. www.jefosterfh.com
