Erin Marie (Burris) Dunlope, 61, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, after a long battle with Stage 4 T-Cell Lymphoma.

Erin was born July 23, 1964, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Glen and Rebecca 'Becky' (Maple) Burris. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Mark Burris and brother-in-law, Tom Frawley.

Erin was a 1982 graduate of Toronto High School, and she worked in healthcare for over 25 years.

In 1989, she married her husband Jeff, with whom she had been married for 36 years, and had two daughters who were the light of her life. Erin was a wonderful wife and devoted mother; roles that she cherished and took great pride in.

Erin was truly a good, kind, and caring person that would do anything, and would go out of her way for anyone. She had a heart full of love and kindness. She also was a diehard Steeler fan and loved spending time with her dogs.

Erin leaves behind her husband, Jeff, and two daughters, Emily Dunlope of Weirton, WV, and Maria Dunlope (Jordan) of Toronto; sister Amy Frawley (children Elizabeth and Mark and friend Donna), and brother Brian. She also leaves behind her mother-in-law Geri Dunlope, sister-in-law Kelly Schneider (children Lyndsie and Evan and their father Buddy), and brother-in-law Greg and wife Jana Dunlope (son James).

Erin's family would like to thank her lifelong friends, Lori Sestito and Ginny Kuhn, and very special friend, Dr. Jane Culp for all their love and support.

Family and friends will be received Friday, October 24 from 4 - 6 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto where a Memorial Service for Erin will follow at 6 pm with Fr. Thomas Vennitti.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help Erin's family defray expenses.
