Esther L. Perrine, 96, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 in the Hospice of the Valley House in Poland, OH.Esther was born May 13, 1916, in Wellsburg, WV, to Lloyd L. and Lucy Alice Owens Perrine and she lived in the area all her life.She was a graduate of Toronto High School and Steubenville Business College. Esther was employed by Sears Roebuck and Co. in the Auditing Dept. and retired after 43 years.Esther was a member of the Frist United Methodist Church in Toronto where she attended Sunday School and was involved in the Women's Society and a former choir member. She also belonged to the Toronto Senior Citizens and the N and N Club.Esther was preceded in death by her parents, sister Pansy Black and husband James and niece Lenora Mizer and husband Warren.Esther is survived by her niece, Nira Black Robinette and husband William; grand-nephew Robin W. Robinette and family, grand-niece Niralynn Bullen and family, including great grand-nieces Aidan E. Robinette and Taylor A. Bullen. She also leaves behind a distant niece and nephews and several grand-nieces and nephews.Funeral services for Esther will be held on Saturday, April 27 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Visitation from 11 am to 1 pm, with Services at 1 pm with Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow in Ft. Steuben Burial Estates. www.jefosterfh.com
