Esther June Whipkey, 88, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the Dixon Nursing Home in Wintersville, OH.Esther was born Oct. 6, 1925 in Wellsville, OH, daughter of the late John C. and Pearl Heckner Whipkey. She was a member of the Toronto Church of the Nazarene and former member of Toronto Sunrise Seniors.Friends of Esther's will be received Friday, Nov. 15 from 12-1 pm at the J.E.
