Florence M. Flo Cronin, 72, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday Oct. 6, 2015 in the Allegheny General Hospital Pittsburgh, PA.

Flo was born March 11, 1943 in Toronto, daughter of the late Harry Bruce and Violet (Petty) Firm.

She was retired from First Energy Corp. Sammis Plant, where she worked as a shift clerk.

In addition to her parents, Flo was preceded in death by her sister, Marla Costello and an infant brother.

Surviving is her husband, Robert L. Cronin, whom she married on Sept. 30, 1998; her three daughters, Shari Haynes-Davis of Toronto, Kimberly Karaffa and her fianc James Hollis of Pittsburgh, PA and Natalie Thomas of Toronto; her three sisters, Dorothy (Junior) Rawson of Toronto, Shirley (Al) Kinyo of Bloomingdale, OH and Brenda (Herb) Swartz of Toronto; her two brothers, Ronald Firm of Toronto and Sam (Joyce) Firm of Brilliant, OH; five grandchildren, Emily (David) Clark, Haley Downard and her companion Andrew Brower, Lyndzee Davis and her companion Matt Barcus, Lexie Thomas and Ethan Thomas; one great-grandson, Mason Clark; her step-children, Nadine (Robert) Petock, Natalie Cronin, Robert L. Cronin II and Paul Jason (Sheri) Cronin; her step-grandchildren, Zack Stephens, Bryanna Ferry, Hope Cronin and Alexis Cronin.

Visitation for Flo will be held on Friday Oct. 9, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. in Toronto. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 am at the funeral home. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate the service and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.
