Toronto, Ohio. Frances Belle Christian age 90, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday June 4, 2005 in the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit in Steubenville; where she received extraordinary care during her last days. Born in Guyandotta, W.Va., she was co-owner of the former Flowers by Christian Shop in Huntington Lewis Arcade. Ms. Christian was preceded in death by her father, Judge Frank N. Christian her mother, Daisy Lavender Christian and her brother, William N. Christian. Survivors include; her niece Mrs. Sheldon ( Nancy ) Carnahan and her sister-in-law Pearl Christian Mitchell. She lived most of her life in Flordia working for Pan Am Airlines and Travel extensively.Ms. Christian wishe to be cremated and have her cremains scattered to the four winds in keeping with her free sprit life. Funeral services will be private for her family. Respecting the wishes of Ms. Christian, in lieu of flowers or contributions, the family suggests you do a random act of kindness for a stranger. J. E.
