FrancesOliveCooper,90,of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday Jan. 28, 2007 in Trinity Medical Center West. She was born July 17, 1916 in Wellsville, daughter of the late Albert"Bert" and Grace Wallace Cheatwood.She was a homemaker and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Cooper in 1990, her daughter Mary Beth Pfabe, two brothers; Arnold and Wilbur Cheatwood and by her sister-in-law Joann McLin.Surviving are her daughter, Margay (Kermit) Taylor of Akron, her son Jon (Marianne) Cooper of Toronto, seven grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and one niece.Also surviving are several step-brothers and sisters. Friends and family may call on Wednesday Jan. 31 st. from 2-4 and 7-9 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St.Toronto; where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am. Rev. Cecilia Rashke-Barnett will officiate the service. Burial will follow in IslandCreekCemetery near Toronto.
