Frances Jane Dawson, 83, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday June 25, 2022, in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Frances was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Mark T. and Edna Regina (Schultsheis) Daugherty. She was a homemaker and catholic by faith.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff Dawson, and daughter, Susan Humpe Radvansky.

Surviving are four children, Clifford Grant James Dawson of Toronto, with whom she resided, Tim Humpe of Wintersville, OH, Jeff Humpe of Phoenix, AZ, and Donna (Paul) Rupnik of Addison, PA.

Frances will be cremated, and her burial will be held at the convenience of her family. www.jefosterfh.com
