Frances Ella Ziarko passed away on Sunday Sept. 12, 2010. Frances was born in Glenjean, W.Va. on April 22, 1915. She was a former resident of Weirton W.Va. and Steubenville, Ohio; but made her home in Hampton, Va. with daughter Carole Ziarko Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank A. Ziarko, sons Bobby Cooper and Frank E. Ziarko and Grandson Sean Adam Ziarko. Two sisters and one brother also preceded her in death.Surviving are daughters Carole (Chaun Q.) Miller of Hampton, Va., Ethel B. (Joseph) Condom of Dayton, Ohio, Sylvia D. (Robert) Elder of Knoxville, Ohio and Donna M. Kirk of Arvada, CO. 13 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-grandchild. Service and visitation will take place Thursday Sept. 16th., at 1:00 pm. at the chapel in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville. Visitation will be from 12:30 pm. til time of the Service at 1:00 pm., with Pastor Curtis Watkins providing her Service.
