Obituary
Frank E. Glasure, 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday Dec. 22, 2022, in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.
Frank was born Sept. 4, 1952, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Lelon and Cynthia Louise (Dorand) Glasure.
Frank was a former taxi driver and caregiver.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his uncle, Harold Glasure, and his aunts Delores Glasure and Pearl Dorand.
Surviving are two sisters, Mary Snell of Toronto and Cynthia Kinest of E. Liverpool, OH; brother, Robert Glasure of Smithfield, OH, and nieces and nephews.
Franks wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. His arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
