Obituary

George M. Hazlinsky 77 of Hill St. Smithfield, Ohio passed away Thursday evening March 10, 2005 in Trinity Medical Center West. George was born in Wyano, Pa., son of the late John and Mary Kuchmina Hazlinsky. George was the former owner of the White Front Caf in Dillonvale and was a member of Labor Local # 809 in Steubenville. George was Catholic by faith, was a member of the Dillonvale American Legion, the Yorkville V.F.W., and was U.S. Navy Veteran of W.W. II. In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by; his 1st wife Dorothy Hunter Hazlinsky, and four Brothers; Joe, Paul, Edddie and Frank Hazlinsky. Surviving are; his wife; Yolanda Antonacci Hazlinsky of Home, Two Sons; Phil and Craig Pheltz, a Step-Daughter; Kathy Pritchett, Two Brothers; Tom and John Hazlinsky, Four Sisters; Mary,Helen, Irene and Martha. 2 Grandsons and 1 Granddaughter. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 2 - 8 pm., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Monday at 11:00 am. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Smithfield; Fr. Thomas Kozak will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove. Vigil service will be at 8:00 pm. Sunday. Full Military Graveside honors will be conducted by the Dillonvale American Legion and the Belmont Co. Council V.F.W.
