Guy D. Valentine, 71, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away under hospice care on Saturday October 18, 2025, in the Sienna Skilled Care & Rehab, in Wintersville, OH.

Guy was born on July 21, 1954, in Steubenville, son of the late Charles L. and Mary E. (McConnaughey) Valentine. He was also preceded in death by his son Frank, infant sister JoAnn, brother Mark, and niece Gwen Martin.

He was self-employed, having operated his own lawn care business until his retirement.

Guy was a Veteran of the US Air Force, having served his country during the end of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his two sisters, Relina Rae Hinerman of Toronto and Tina Graham of Steubenville, and several nieces and nephews.

Guy's wishes were to be cremated, with no public services observed. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
