Harold D. "Oink" Coulter, Jr., 60, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, January 01, 2013 in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.Oink was born on January 24, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, son of the later Harold D. Coulter, Sr. and Imogene Byers Coulter. Oink was retired from First Energy Corp., where he worked in the Yard Dept. He loved working on cars, loved NASCAR and NHRA Drag Racing and Oink was an avid Ford man.In addition to his parents, Oink was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Coulter.Oink is survived by his wife, Terrie (Kestner) Coulter of home whom he married on October 10, 1974; his two daughters, Rachael (Jonathan) Scott of Steubenville, OH and Dorie Coulter of Columbus, OH; his son Donnie Coulter of home; his sister Sondra (Tom) Lowery of Toronto, OH; his brothers, Thomas "Chipper" (Georgia) Coulter, Charles "Chuckie" Coulter and Terry (Cindy) Coulter all of Toronto, OH. Oink also leaves behind his two grandchildren, Sara and Nicholas Scott of Steubenville, OH.Visitation for Oink will be held on Thursday, January 3 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH where his Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10am with Pastor Gary LeMaster presiding. Burial will be held at the convenience of Oink's family.Memorial donations may be made in Oink's memory to the Jefferson County School of Bright Promise 256 John Scott Highway Steubenville, OH 43952.
