Harry L. Lowry, 90, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

Harry was born July 21, 1930 in Amsterdam, OH, son of the late Herbert and Rose (Carroll) Lowry.

He was retired from the Harmony Tool and Dye Co. in Mingo Jct., OH. Harry was a Veteran of the US Army having served in the Korean War. He was also a member of the Brilliant American Legion Post 573.

Harry leaves behind his daughter, Catherine L. Cline; his grandchildren, Beverly (Shawn) Smith of Weirton, WV, David Kinney, Jr. and Princess Kinney both of Brilliant, OH; seven great-grandchildren, Isaac and Jacob Smith, Eli and Ella Kinney, Aubreigh Barton, Alyzabeth and Anthony Butler.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, Feb. 4 from 3 PM to 6 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, where his funeral service will follow at 6 PM. Rev. Jack Jackson will officiate, and military honors will be presented by the Brilliant American Legion. www.jefosterfh.com
