Heather Anne (Porter) Branch, 49, of Toronto, OH, passed away Nov. 11, 2022, in the Select Specialty Hospital in Weirton, WV.

Heather was born Nov. 29, 1972, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late John L. Porter and Sally L. (Hughes) Porter who survives.

Heather was a 1991 graduate of Toronto High School and had formerly worked at the Toronto Public Library and Sallys Hallmark. Heather was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto and the Toronto Order of the Eastern Stars #215, where she was a Past Matron.

In addition to her father, Heather was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Branch, who passed Feb. 20, 2022.

Heather leaves behind her mother Sally Porter of Toronto; son, AJ Branch of home; brother, Robby Porter of Toronto; niece, Autumn Stabile and two nephews, Tyler and Joey Porter, all of Toronto.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto with an Eastern Star Service at 7:30 pm. Heathers funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home with Pastor Ron Dixon and Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow in the Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.
