HelenA.(Yoka)Sciance,80 of Toronto, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 1, 2006 in TrinityMedicalCenter surrounded by her family.Helen was born on March 24, 1925, daughter of the late Stella and Stanley Yoka. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter and sister, Agnes Gabis.Helen was a life-long member of St. Francis Parish, Toronto,having attended St. Francis and TorontoHigh Schools.She devoted her Life to family and friends who will deeply miss her. Helen was the loving wife of John W. (Bill), whom she married on November 8, 1948. She was the wonderful mother of two sons, John (Fiancee Debbie Beadnell) and Robert (Ruby), Two daughters, Maria Barillaand Dianne "Susie" Miller.Also surviving sisters, TheresaKarpinski and Leo and Dolores Reszke and John.Her grandchildren include, Marc Barilla, Heather Henderhan, John Thomas and Natalie Sciance, Danny Rogers, Bonnie and Jacob Sciance and Great-Grandchildren Chelsea and Deegan.Her memory will be honored with visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. at the J.E.FOSTER FUNERAL HOMES, INC. 701 Findley St.Toronto. Visitation will also take place on Saturday morning at St. Francis Church from 9:00 am. up til her Funeral Liturgy with Mass which is at 10:00 am.Msgr. Kurt Kemo will be the Celebrant and burial will follow in TorontoUnionCemetery.Vigil service will be Friday evening at 8:30 pm.
