Hester J. Fisher, 74 of Co. Rd. 8 Dillonvale, Ohio passed away Friday Oct. 27, 2006 in E.O.R. H. in Martins Ferry. She was born Nov. 8, 1931 in Brilliant, Ohio; daughter of the late Roy and Kathyrin Carle Layne. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Smithfield Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by two sons, Keith E. and Brian L. Fisher. Surviving are her husband Ralph L. Fisher Sr. of home; Son, Ralph L. (Rosie) Fisher Jr.of ChandlerHts., AZ.; Daughter, Lisa (Timothy) Kirchner of Orlando, Fl.; Her Sister, Hilda DeFalco of Wintersville,two Brothers; Roy Layne of Smithfield and Russell (Virginia) Layne of Shadyside.5 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 4 pm. to 8 pm. at the Smithfield Christian Church on High St. in Smithfield. Her Celebration of Life Service will be held at the church at 11:00 am. on Monday. Rev. Wilford Simeral will officiate the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Smithfield Christian Church.
