Homer E. Richardson, Jr., 72, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, at home surrounded by his family.

Homer was born December 25, 1953, in Martins Ferry, OH, son of the late Homer Edward and Verneda (Adamson) Richardson. He was also preceded in death by an infant grandson, Brian Richardson, Jr.

Homer was a retiree of the Weirton Steel Corporation, where he worked in the lab.

Surviving is his wife, Sallie M. (Hepburn) Richardson, whom he married February 1, 1974; his daughter, Kerri (Chris) Graziani of Toronto, OH, and his son, Brian (Jennee) Richardson of Adena, OH; nine grandchildren, Caylee (William) Peckins, Sierra (Ryan) Faulkner, Rainy (Devin) Coil, Chris (Sera) Graziani, Ashley (Parker) Wright, Leigh Anne Richardson, Kodie (Steven) King, Jacklynn Richardson and Justin Richardson; ten great-grandchildren, Adrienne, Ainsley and Maverick Peckins, Lakyn Faulkner, Ali Lou and Colt Coil, Avery Louise Wright, Ellie King, Karson and Gianna Graziani.
