Irene Clark, 102, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Plum Run, OH, passed away Thursday Feb. 11, 2021 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.

Irene was born Dec. 3, 1918 in Salt Run, OH, daughter of the late Harry Tilton and Virginia (Connell) Noble.

Irene was a member of the Brilliant Christian Church and a former Sunday School teacher in Plum Run. She was a homemaker and cleaned homes for people.

In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight, in 1988, four sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her son, Russell (Mary Ann) Clark of Rayland, OH; her daughter, Roxann (Vernon) Welshans of San Antonio, TX; eight grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren, who will miss her dearly, and her wonderful neighbors.

Following Irenes wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Burial will take place in Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, OH.
