Irene M. Hamilton,93of State Rt. 213 Steubenville, Ohio passed away Saturday July 15, 2006 in the Extended Care Unit at TrinityEastMedicalCenter in Steubenville.Irene was born March 27th, 1913 in Toronto, Daughter of the Irene M. and Oliver Walters.Irene was a homemaker that worked several jobs in her long lifetime. She was the oldest (by age) member of the Pleasant HillBaptistChurch, where she served a Sunday School Secretary for 20 years.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st. husband Herman Flinn, by her 2nd. husband Homer Hamilton, her sister and brother-in- law Nellie and Clyde Scott, her brother and sister-in-law James and Marge Wallace, by son-in-law Kenneth Doty, Son-in-law Robert Cain, andher daughter-in-law Catherine Flinn.Surviving are two children, Daughter Irene Cain of Moundsville and her daughters Nancy Morgan and Stella (Jennings) Starkey; Son George Flinn of St. Rt. 213 Steubenville and Daughter Karen (Hank) Babel of Tucson, AZ. Seven Great- Grandchildren and Four Great-Great-Grandchildren.Friends and family may call on Wednesday July 19th from2-4 and 7 -9 pm. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where services will be held on Thursday at1:00pm.Pastor Tommy Mills will officiate and burial will follow in IslandCreekCemetery near Toronto.
