Isabelle Tarr Jones, 81, of Edgewater went home on Saturday, May 8, 2010 to be with her late husband, Robert. Isabelle, 'Mimi' to her close relatives, was born in Steubenville, Ohio on July 4, 1928, the daughter of the late Fred and Harriett Tarr. She was a graduate of Southern Seminary Woman's College in Virginia. She and Robert moved to New Smyrna Beach from their beloved Toronto, Ohio in 1980. 'Mimi' was truly loved by everyone in her life . She had a big heart and a great smile and really cherished being with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by family and friends and will remain in our thoughts and hearts forever. 'Mimi' is survived by her sister, Angela Ramer; brother, Fred Tarr; children, Jan Wilkes, Jeff and Steve Jones, and Cinda Beckwith; grandchildren, Tarra Wilkes, Angela Holmes, Jordan and Jenna Beckwith, Steven, Zane, and Josey Jones; great grandchildren, Gage, Gatlin, and Gavin Uccello, and John Robert Jones. Funeral service were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday May 12, at Settle-Wilder Chapel, New Smyrna Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Presbyterian Church, 116 N.
