Jack M. Black, 77, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Jack was born March 30, 1940 in Morehead, KY, son of the late Paul and Maxine (Gilliam) Black.

He was retired from Weirton-Steel Corp. where he worked as an electrician and he was a member of the GKL Sportmans Club.

In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Norma J. Black who passed June 11, 2015.

Jack leaves behind his three daughters, Chyral Black Inman of Brilliant, OH, Jacqueline Black Erickson and Letty Vaotuua both of Toronto; his three grandchildren, Ronald Inman of Brilliant, Angela Inman Shoulders of Jewett, OH and Anthony Erickson of Eagan, MN and four great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 23 from 12:30 4:30 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto. Jacks funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 am at the funeral home with his brother, Brooks Karrick officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, OH.

Memorial donations may be made in Jacks memory to the North River Ave. Christian Church Upward Ministries in Toronto, OH.
