Jack Allen Chase, 73, of Wellsville, OH, passed away Thursday morning, Feb. 29, 2024, in Empire, OH, as a result of a trucking accident.

Jack was born Jan. 3, 1951, in Toronto, OH, son of the late Harry & Pauline (Lilley) Chase.

Jack was a truck driver for over 25 years with E.J. Rawson Trucking in Toronto. He loved spending time with his grandkids and playing the slots at Mountaineer.

In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Susan (Brown) Chase in 1994, and several brothers and sisters.

Jack leaves behind two sons, Andrew Chase (Maria Pugliano) of Wellsville, OH, and David (Kimberly) Brown of Carrollton, OH; two daughters, Virginia (Ryan) Call and Elizabeth Chase and fianc Bryce Young both of Wellsville; ex son-in-law, Kristopher Groves of Wellsville; grandchildren, aLisa, David, Austin, Joshua, Fantaisa, Emily, Ella, Eliza, Emma, Jordan, Case, Macie and Susan.
