Jack S. Kelly, 67, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Feb. 17, 2019.

Jack was born Feb. 1, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Jack S. Kelly and Elizabeth Betty Ann (Fitz) Kelly who survives.

Jack worked as an ER Nurse and Paramedic in North Carolina for the past 25 years until his retirement. He was a 1970 graduate of Toronto High School. Prior to becoming a nurse, Jack worked construction for his fathers excavating company in Toronto. He was a member of the Laborers Union Local #809 in Steubenville and the Serac SMAT (special medical attention team) of NC.

Jack and his wife, Jo Ellen (Donaldson) Kelly shared 45 years of adventure including, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, sky diving and motor cross racing. He was also an avid fly fisherman and hunter.

In addition to his father, Jack was preceded in death by his younger brother, Kris Zero Kelly.

Jack leaves behind his wife, Jo Ellen; his mother, Betty Ann Kelly of Toronto; brother, Don (Lisa) Kelly of Bozeman, MT, sister, Jeanne Ann (Dan) VanFossan of Toronto, sister, Susan (Rob) Porter of Pittsburgh, PA, his sister-in-law, Mel Kelly of Toronto. Jack is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

A family prayer service was held in Toronto. There will be an additional celebration to honor Jacks life to be announced in March with date and time and location.
