Jacquelyn J. Jackie (Walker) Frazee, 82, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, Feb. 1, 2021 in the Dixon Health Care Center in Wintersville, OH.

Jackie was born June 25, 1938 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late, Clifford and Hazel (Shepherd) Walker.

She was the longtime owner and operator of Jacquelyns Knitting Supplies in Toronto. Jackie was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Ann Walker.

Jackie leaves behind her two sons, Robert Fuzzy (Christina) Frazee of Wintersville and Brett Frazee of Toronto; her sister, Jane McConnell of Las Vegas, NV; her brother, Roy (Becky) Walker of Rome, NY; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 5 from 10 AM to 12 Noon followed by Jackies funeral service at 12 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Rev. Tyler Bayless will officiate, and burial will take place in the Toronto Union Cemetery.
