James F. Branscom, 84, of Rayland, OH, passed away October 15, 2022, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.
Jim was born May 18, 1938, in Schuyler Co., MO, son of the late Truman and Dorothy (Boggs) Branscom.
He was a Veteran of the US Navy.
Jims wishes were to be cremated with no services observed.
Arrangements for Jim are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Smithfield, OH.
